Executive Chef

Le Condon Bleu graduate Juan Pablo Silva began his career early, as a student working for local restaurants in his native country of Peru. Upon finishing graduating, Silva launched his journey as a chef in 2003, at the Four Seasons Palm Beach. For the decade that followed, Silva’s culinary career took him around the globe, through Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
In 2013, Silva joined the Ritz-Carlton, Abu Dhabi. As Executive Sous Chef, his time was spent overseeing banquets, an on-site Lebanese restaurant, and internal operations. After a few years’ time, Silva oversaw the full scope of operations, which included management of 10 on-site restaurants, lounges, the pool bar, 2 banquet ballrooms.
During this time Silva was in charge for 110 chefs and 40 stewards. His role as a leader was marked with great success at the reception of the the following awards:
Ø  Best Business Hotel 2013
Ø  Best Brunch in Abu Dhabi 2014
Ø  Best Pan Asian restaurant in Abu Dhabi  2014

In three years’ time, Juan Pablo Silva joined The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas, where he began as Executive Sous-Chef. After a promotion to Executive Chef in 2018, Silva stepped into his current role as leader of the culinary team, whose standard is nothing short of excellence.
