Senior Operations Manager
After working in the corporate sector in Sales, Marketing and Operations, Rida Started his Career in Hospitality on the Pre-Opening Team for Fearing’s in 2007 as a bus boy. Rida has worked and moved his way up (all at Fearing’s), working as a food runner, Server assistant, Back server, Front server, Captain, Host, Reservations, Bar back, Cocktail server, Banquet server, Breakfast server, and Bartender. Rida started his leadership role as the first learning coach 10 years ago and since then has moved on to roles such as Restaurant Supervisor, Host supervisor, and bar Supervisor. In his current role as restaurant supervisor Rida currently manages all operations for the restaurant including restaurant events and rattlesnake bar. Rida also worked one year as Food & Beverage Supervisor overseeing In Room Dining, Breakfast AM, Honor Bar, and Pool bar. Rida has been nominated and won Employee of the Year Twice during his time at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. Rida Graduated from University of North Texas with a Bachelors in Business Administration.
Rida is from the tropical Island Sri Lanka, Speaks 4 Languages fluently, and in his spare time loves to travel. He’s has been to 42 states, taken 8 cruises, visited 28 Countries around the world and over 125 Cities.
