After developing talent at an early age working in the family owned bakery, Zach Manasan’s passion for the culinary arts led him to pursue formalized training at The French Pastry School. With a knack for bringing client dreams to life, Manasan has been an integral member of The Ritz-Carlton pastry team for the last seven years. In addition to wedding cakes, he specializes in chocolate sculptures and plated desserts, as well as the design and execution of the annual gingerbread display. Manasan skillfully oversees all food outlets in The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas relating to pastry.
