Fearing’s At The Ritz-Carlton

Dallas

Dean Fearing created a loyal following among Dallas’ moneyed set at the Mansion at Turtle Creek, but at 52, he decided he wanted to trade in fine dining for a walk on the wilder side. He opened the much more casual Fearing’s in the Ritz-Carlton, where the ladies who lunch–a force to be reckoned with in Dallas–dine on butternut squash tacos and jalapeno grits right alongside Dallas’ bucking business broncos. Come 5:30, the suits start lining up at the Rattlesnake Bar.
