Ki An, General Manager of Fearing’s restaurant, is a successful leader with a background exclusively in fine dining. Ki started his hospitality career in 1993 as a server assistant at Bertolini’s in Caesar’s Palace Hotel in Las Vegas. In May 1999, he joined Chef Emeril Lagasse at Delmonico Steak House in the Venetian Hotel as a server and was promoted to a manager in 2000 at Emeril’s Fish House in the MGM Grand Hotel. He spent the next few years honing his hospitality skills and was promoted to General Manager in 2007 for Chef Emeril’s Table 10 Restaurant at The Palazzo Hotel. Table 10 accumulated numerous recognition for food and wine throughout his tenure and in 2017, Ki was tapped to be the opening General Manager at Emeril’s Coastal Italian Restaurant in Miramar Beach, Florida.
